La situation idéale dans Naples

Manque équipements ( balai ..) Peu d’ustensiles de cuisines

Emplacement idéal plein centre. très confortable avec un adorable balcon. Communication très agréable et efficace avec susanna.

Sussana, notre hôte, nous a bien guidé à notre arrivée et l'appartement était totalement conforme aux photos du site. La belle terrasse nous a permis de profiter du soleil lors d'apéros ou de petits cafés.

Etant en Italie, c'est dommage de ne pas avoir trouvé de cafetière à moka (même si une machine Nespresso était disponible.) ¨Par ailleurs tout l'indispensable était disponible dans la cuisine.

Spacious studio with nice balcony

The cleaning needs serious improvement. Considering is an apartment for guests it should keep the standards of a hotel, which in my opinion were not met at exactly the most important aspects - cleaning of bathroom, kitchen and comfort of the bed. The glasses had a foul smell, had to rewash all tableware. The shower was full of limescale and the bed was uncomfortable, was not prepared properly and the top kept moving, sheets not ironed, looked unwelcoming. Also the elevator of the building and the entrance in the building is not the most welcoming.
