It was my second visit to the apartment which was as lovely as the first visit… would recommend & stay again.

Good location. Lovely clean apartment. very comfortable beds, Quilt & pillows lovely. Declan very helpful when tv didn’t work, he came round within ten minutes 2resolve issue.

Nothing I didn’t like but kitchen could do with a cheese grater & potato masher but that’s just a little thing.

Bunk bed was small for 16 year old. He was to tall for bed. Noisy by road. Worth a mention when you book but would highly reccomend.

The location was grate lovely facilities however it was very unclean. The fridge had marks and dirt from the last people. The sink hadn’t been cleaned out properly was dirty had marks around the rim and the showerhead had hair in the drain for cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend the location I would it’s such a shame because it’s such a lovely and great location apartment however for somebody that works in a hotel I was in shock with the cleanliness myself. I think I expected a bit better

I loved the layout of the property. I loved that it was very local to the train station only a 10 minute walk and facilities were great and handful.

Do not book anywhere else in Skegness!!

The apartment was stylish, comfortable, clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. It was in a great location within easy walking distance of the promenade. The host left us full TV facilities, games and even restaurant recommendations. We could not have asked for more and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Can highly recommend this clean, modern apartment with everything you need in a great location

This apartment exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Skegness. It was clean, modern, warm, spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed Monday to Friday. We stay in lots of places but we found this to be exceptional for price and comfort. The shower was hot and kitchen had everything we needed. Access was easy using a key lock by the door which we were sent through code for in the day. There was ample parking right outside the front door and Declan was very quick to respond if we needed anything. It's approx 10 mins drive to Butlins area and has large supermarkets (Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco) within walking distance. It is also close to the train station.

Perfect appartmemt

Exceptional property.Very clean and had everything you need for a nice break.Close to shops and food outlets,beach is a 10 min walk.Plenty of parking outside property.We didnt use the heating(it was warm enough for us,so cant vouch for that) The thing i would point out(my mistake when booking,Declan kindly offered an upgrade) is the bunk beds are comfy but short in length.I am 5ft so perfect for me The Owner/host,Declan was great and answered queries promptly We would highly recomend and hope to stay again

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment was immaculate when we arrived. Everything was included for a fantastic weekend away towels, bedding, toilet rolls, shower gel. Everything supplied in kitchen for a very comfortable stay.

The apartment was very modern and clean, with great facilities and everything we needed for our stay. In a great location, only a 10 minute walk to the clock tower/beach front, with a pub and shops 2 minutes away. Plenty of on site parking available to use. Also, we had great communication from the host who was so helpful and accommodating to all of our requests. Overall an amazing stay, and we will definitely return.

One of our better stays in Skegness

New refurbished apartment, clean and tidy. Towels changed midweek. Tea, coffee and milk provided for arrival Washing up liquid, dishcloth and tea towel provided. Good communication with the owner. Free parking on site. Key safe.

The location was not great for us as it was quite a walk to the bowling green which we visited every day for the tournament and we had a 83 year old with Parkinson’s with us, he also found the stairs difficult, not a problem for the more abled of us. The bunk beds are child sized and not suitable for adults. Situated on a busy main road so lots of traffic noise.
