Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat‘s wunderbar geklappt. Großer Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Service 1 a! Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Wohnung sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Sie ist hell und freundlich. Lage direkt am Strand, 1 Reihe! Auf dem Balkon kann man den Strand und das Meer beobachten. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Wäscheleine auf dem Balkon. Es fehlte nichts, sogar Waschpulver war vorhanden. Zur Innenstadt ist bisschen weiter über 2 km. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und soweit komfortabel
Die Wohnung wurde mit 65 wem angegeben. Ich habe es nachgemessen es waren 34 qm ohne Balkon. Der Balkon hat ca. 6 qm! Das Haus war sehr schmutzig und der Müll lag am Strand überall rum! Die Hunde waren sehr laut und haben uns schon um 05:30 auf je geweckt! Der Strand war auch schmutzig!
