The property itself is perfect, that's why I put 9. It has some remarks on the surrounding. It is enough equipped. We didn't cook anything so maybe for those who do it they may find some missing utilities, but for coffee and small things it's OK. Ideal for 2 adults. There is a sofa which can be used for sleeping I think, but we didn't use it so can't comment. It's in the heart of the city close to everything. Not far from the parking also. Katherina who meets you doesn't speak English, so be prepared with the google translator :)

- There is no table, just a bar counter, which didn't bother us but should be mentioned. - The property is just next to the church where is clock with a bell which starts counting the hours since 6 am. On the 2nd day you get used with it but at the beginning it's an experience :) - There is a very noisy family just next. The balconies are next each other. They are shouting to the kids all day. You can ignore them by closing the windows which means no daylight but you don't have any other choice when you got pissed off. This doesn't depend on the property and for this reason I didn't decrease the rate, but just be prepared :)
