Η τοποθεσία. Δεν ήταν καθόλου εύκολη η πρόσβαση με στενο χωματόδρομο όπου στο τέλος δεν είχε θέση πάρκινγκ. Εχει και άλλα σπίτια γύρω επομένως δεν υπήρχε χώρος για όλους και πολλές φορές έπρεπε να φύγουμε με την όπισθεν από αυτόν τον χωματόδρομο που ήταν και απότομη ανηφόρα γιατί δεν υπήρχε χώρος να γυρίσουμε το αυτοκίνητο. Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν περιποιημένο, στο ντουζ υπήρχε πολύ σκουριά και δεν ήταν καθαρό. Κάτω από τους καναπέδες υπήρχαν σκουπίδια και σκόνη. Ενώ αναφέρει ότι το 5ο άτομο κοιμάται σε καναπέ στο σαλόνι, ο καναπές δεν είναι καθόλου άνετος. Κάθεσαι και βουλιάζεις και δεν κοιμάσαι καθόλου άνετα. Επίσης στο σαλόνι δεν υπάρχει ερκοντισιον και τα παντζουρια δεν κλείνουν.
