Bacana 14-5 Apartment Levante Beach

Het is een gerieflijk, comfortabel appartement met prachtig uitzicht op zee vanaf de 14e verdieping. De hele dag zon. Met de schuifdeuren open kan je prima zonnen, er zijn twee fijne ligstoelen met voetenbankjes. Uitstekende bedden. Op verzoek worden schone lakens en slopen door Benidorm Booking verzorgd. Goede internetverbinding. Parkeergelegenheid op het terrein. Er zijn 15 tot 20 plaatsen. Wij hadden steeds een plek, maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat er in drukkere maanden niet genoeg plekken zijn. Het strand en de boulevard zijn om de hoek. Aan de andere kant van het gebouw is de Avenida Mediterrraneo met vele winkels en restaurants. Het centrum van Benidorm is op loopafstand via de boulevard of de Mediterraneo. De bus naar Altea en Albir stopt voor de deur.

Er is geen stofzuiger, alleen een veger en blik. Omdat we er vijf weken verbleven, hadden we graag een stofzuiger gehad om het appartement goed schoon te houden. Een van de ramen ziet er lelijk uit en je kunt er niet doorheen kijken omdat er vocht (?) tussen de dubbele beglazing zit. De douchekop zat los en de vaatwasser deed het in het begin niet. We hebben dat gemeld bij Benidorm Booking. Zij hebben de probleempjes snel opgelost. Prima service. Zij zorgden ook voor andere pannen die beter werkten op de inductieplaat.

Sehr gute lage, die Aussicht, und das Personal. Und vor allem das diese Stadt schläft nicht. Es gibt für jede etwas hier ,TOP..

Spüllmaschine ohne Funktion, fehlende Backofen(stand schon in die Beschreibung),und defekte duschkopf und Markise auch ohne Funktion.

The apartment was spotless , crockery , toaster , kettle and microwave were all immaculate. Aircon in the lounge was very good , together with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms , made it very comfortable in the July heat . The beds were firm , like new and comfortable. Plenty of bath and hand towels . We were 2 women on our own and felt very safe in these apartments. It is in a great location 5 minutes from the strip, a 15 minute walk to the old town and 30 seconds to the beach . There are great views being on the 14th floor . The lifts are quick and always available . Benidorm booking .com were always on hand if you have any problems and key collecting / checking in and out was quick and easy if you check in online . Normally you check in after 16.30 but it was ready early and they let me know by phone , which we appreciated.

We thought the furniture ( except the beds ) were a little worn and dated . The second bedroom is very small even for one person . It is advertised that it can accommodate 6 people . I personally think it would be very cramped with that many staying for more than a weekend but for the 2 of us staying for 10 days it was very comfortable. We found the street below to be very noisy at night , obviously not the apartments fault but it did disturb sleep . One thing that did worry me is that in the corridors leading to the apartments there are 2 large openings just above waist height with no grills or glass windows in them and are in my opinion too low . I found it scary and I would be mindful if anyone was thinking of staying there with children .
