Large apartment, plenty of space to relax in. The views of the harbour are beautiful out on the terrace. Bed comfortable and great location if you don't want to be in the middle of Athens for all your trip.
Yes there is some noise of the road outside and a faint smell from the shower area without drain cap

The apartment was well located across from the marina where I was meeting my friend. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The air conditioning works fine
The persistent sewer smell that others have mentioned. The heavy traffic noise that keeps you from enjoying the balcony. I realize these may be out of the control of the landlord, but perhaps should be reflected in the price.
