Апартаментът се намира на много комуникативно място в центъра на Варна. Кооперацията е на булевард, но самият апартамент е с изложение към вътрешна улица - тихо и спокойно място. Апартаментът е ремонтиран и има всички удобства.
При настаняването ни късно вечерта установихме, че чаршафите за дивана, където спа детето ни бяха мръсни, на терасата висяха паяжини, душ кабината беше много мръсна. Имаше лоша хигиена като цяло. Душ кабината е в спалнята и през цялото време имаше лоша миризма на мръсен канал. Кооперацията също е много стара, а асансьора пред разпад. Р.Р След оплакване за лошата хигиена, апартаментът беше почистен на другия ден

Zentral gelegen, toller Ausblick über die Dächer Varnas bis zum Meer. Stilvoll, modern, liebevoll eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht, auch insbesondere in der Küche. Einfacher Check in und Kommunikation.
Leider ein schlechter Geruch aus dem Abluss der Dusche im Schlafzimmer, war wohl bisher nie als Problem aufgetreten, konnte während des Aufenthalts leider nicht behoben werden während der Ferienzeit zwischen den Jahren. Auch können für besonders Geräuschsensible Schläfer Fahrstuhlgeräusch und Luftungsgeräusch etwas stören.
