You need to find a solution to the flies problem

Check-in & Check-out: Fast and smooth process. We were kindly given our room keys an hour before the official check-in time, and check-out was equally seamless. ​Apartment & AC: The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and both the fridge and microwave were in great condition. ​Pool & Gym: The swimming pool is clean, pretty, and well-maintained. The gym room is surprisingly well-equipped with a wide variety of machines.

Bathroom Experience (Major Issue): There was a persistent, overpowering sewage smell throughout our stay that invaded the bedrooms whenever the bathroom door opened. The sink and shower head were worn out and unstable, and poor floor drainage caused water to flood the area around the toilet for hours after taking a shower. ​Housekeeping & Service: Rooms are not cleaned automatically; you must request it at reception. Getting simple items like toilet paper or fresh towels required multiple requests and took a long time to be delivered. ​Wi-Fi: Extremely poor and completely unusable during our entire stay. ​Breakfast & Outdoor Dining: A very basic Egyptian breakfast that was repetitive with no daily variation. Quantities (especially cheeses) were minimal and took forever to be refilled. Serving the buffet outdoors by the pool was uncomfortable in the heat, and stray cats wandering around the chairs were quite bothersome. ​Lack of Amenities: No towels are provided at the pool (you must bring your own). Sun umbrellas are scarce and have to be dragged around manually. Additionally, there were no chairs inside the unit, making the balcony unusable. ​Kids' Facilities: The playground in the garden is very small, outdated, and needs better maintenance. There are also no water features or slides at the pool. Staff Attitude & Service (Pool Bar Area): The staff, particularly at the pool bar area, were unfriendly and lacked hospitality. They never take any initiative to ensure guests' comfort. For instance, when we asked them to bring a sun umbrella, they ignored our request. They wait for you to ask and even then hesitate or delay taking action.

I like the receptionist he was kind and helpful, the bar stuff were not

The breakfast was not good at all, they charged us for the coffee. The WiFi was very bad that one whole day was not working and the rest the signal is far and it gets disconnected. The pool was not warmed and the dogs also cats were drinking from it.
