Duplex parfait pour un jeune couple
Le choix parfait du lieu pour échapper aux bouchons de Lièges et rejoindre en voiture le Sart-tilman au quotidien, le parking d'Aldis est juste en face et pour faire les courses il y a l'embarras du choix à portée de main. L'appartement est vraiment au Top, tout y est , c'est propre, on s'y sent tellement bien , même le voisinage est sympa
La conception de ce Duplex est "optimisé" avec un escalier hélicoïdal qui réclame de la vigilance à chaque passage, il faut être bien éveillé pour l'emprunter et garder une main libre pour agripper la rampe, c'est surement lié au fait que nous ne sommes pas habitués au duplex ...

Emplacement hyper pratique à 5 min du CHU Sart-Tilman et proche de plein de commerces. Gianni a donné des instructions claires pour rentrer dans le logement et il répondait rapidement à mes questions/demandes. Appartement fidèle à la description et bien équipé. Énorme douche avec une belle salle de bain. Tout était parfait !
La maison donnant sur la rue, on entend quelques fois des bruits de voiture mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.
