for 6days/5nights stay its worth 6/700 not 1100, price jacked up for f1 in spa

location is great and so is the host. room was clean and accessible, host was very good to meet with keys at 11 at night . very good parking.

bathroom is too small, shower door hits sink, sink door hits toilet. two toilet rolls for 6 days is poor, 2/3 bare electrical wires and lights hanging down. door into main hall requires a key to get out , not good if there was a fire. asked was there spare blankets and was told yes but there wasnt.

Clean room , far from city center

Clean and well equipped kitchen for a long term stay. Good location if you have a car. .

For short term stay, the flat is far from city center if you do not have a car (there are 2 bus lines though). Rather small and not the best neighbourhood. Also, very bad pilow.

Lovely, cosy apartment

Very nice, fully renovated, cosy apartment, with everything you need to feel like a home. Extremely helpful was the owner of it, Francese. On our arrival, she offered us help and helped us with many things. On our leaving, she drove us to the train station at 6 in the morning. We felt very welcome there. Many thanks.

Booking pictures in Booking differ from reality. There is no bed, only a sofa chair that turns into a bed, and it was uncomfortable.

The owner of the apartment was very nice and friendly. Kitchen is very well equipped: coffee, tea, salt, milk, pots etc. Apartment lies in about 30 minutes from the train station (by walk).

Shower not properly working. Very loud location. Unclean towel, bedsheets. No kitchen supplies (dish liquid, paper towels, garbage bags). No bath supplies (hand soap, gel, shampoo). Bed very uncomfortable, pillows too. Small TV, only local channels.

Definitely would stay there again

Florance was the most kind and welcoming host. She was very attentive and helpful. The studio is nicely designed, extremely clean and stylish. The place is in walking area to the city center, but there is also bus stop nearby if you need to get to center quicker. There also stores and cafes in the area as well. The place is highly recommended for its nice bed, pleasant design and extreme cleanliness.

We had an exceptional stay here with our amazing host. Francine was waiting for us and welcomed us with a warm smile and open arms. We felt immediately at Home and at ease with the host of the house. Everything needed for a relax vacation is present in the suite. And we absolutely received valuable friendship and kindness en surplus :) Thanks again for EVERYTHING and specially thank God for YOU. A little charming studio not far from Liège and the Ardennes

We loved staying in this studio. It was very cozy and the host made us feel welcome! We arrived later than expected, but she didn't mind at all. If we had questions or problems (which we didn't), she was always available and ready to help. The studio wasn't big, but it consisted of everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here! :)

J'ai adoré l'appartement. tout est là. La télé qui m'a beaucoup surpris, c'est d'avoir déjà le code wifi d'installer. Netflix, youtube... Que du bonheur. Je reviendrai d'ici 2 mois c'est sur,

J'apprécie le stationnement, la sécurité de fermer la porte du hall à clé et pas loin de l'autoroute. En arrivant, la propriétaire m'appelle pour me rassurer et son fils était au rendez-vous malgré ces heures de travail. En sortant, elle m'a encore rappelé juste pour se rassurer que tout allait bien. Super bravo, les moindres détails comptent.😉🥰

Séjour avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix

Logement à 10mn du centre de Liège en voiture, à 30mn de Maastricht, à 45mn d'Aix-La-Chapelle et à 1h de Bruxelles. Idéal pour un séjour de 4 jours pour visiter l'essentiel.

Plusieurs points d'amélioration / suggestions (même si le prix reste très abordable) : - la connexion à Internet n'était pas fonctionnelle (que ce soit par wifi ou Ethernet) ; - le volet roulant ne descendait pas jusqu'en bas (mais pas gênant vu qu'il n'y en a pas sur la fenêtre de la kitchenette - les rideaux occultants font le travail) ; - il manque un micro-ondes (qui pourrait être mis au niveau de la machine à café) ; - le film intimité sur la porte de la salle de bains ne couvre pas toute la surface.

Klein studio comfortabel mooi ingericht, centrum 5 Minuten met de auto openbaar vervoer is iets verderop lopen ongeveer 5-7 minuten maar niet ver, deze studio raad ik aan prima voor een couple de gastheer en de gastvrouw zijn super klantgericht ze zijn 1 x 24 bereikbaar .
