Charming Two Bedroom Apartment

We liked the location ! Near bus stop and convenience stores. A quiet suburb which wasn’t touristy.

Property is big and clean. Access was easy and the location is close to Mile End bus stop for easy access to Valetta. There’s a bunch of restaurants on the same road as the bus stop including a great felafel place and excellent Ethiopian. The area felt safe and wifi was good- I was having to do some work online meetings and worked perfectly.

The main road in front of the building is quite busy, especially the noise of motorbikes. We used the back bedroom which was dead silent but just be aware if you’re thinking to use front room it’s noisy. For the same reason we didn’t have the balcony door open during the day due to noise. We also let the owner/ property management company know the balcony door doesn’t lock. They said it’s not a problem as Malta is safe. Indeed it is, and the apartment is on the second floor so risk is low- but sleeping with unlocked door wasn’t idea (and not sure if insurance would cover you if anything was stolen)
