Parliament Dream Apartment!

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Lage und dem schönen Ambiente der Unterkunft. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass wir direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Donau, und in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants. Schon beim Betreten hat uns die schöne Atmosphäre gefallen – die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Leider gab es bei der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung einige deutliche Kritikpunkte. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Klimaanlage auf 20 °C eingestellt, wodurch es in der Wohnung zunächst sehr kalt war. Außerdem hing im Badezimmer ein offensichtlich benutztes Handtuch, und sowohl auf der Waschmaschine als auch auf dem Boden und in der Dusche fanden wir Haare. Auch die Toilettenpapierrolle war bereits fast leer und wurde offenbar nicht durch eine neue, volle Rolle ersetzt. Insgesamt hatten wir deshalb nicht den Eindruck, dass das Badezimmer vollständig gereinigt und für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet worden war. Auch bei den Handtüchern gab es Probleme. Es fehlten die kleinen Handtücher für Gesicht und Hände, obwohl diese auf den Bildern bzw. in der Beschreibung vorhanden sein sollten. Auf der Waschmaschine lagen ebenfalls keine kleinen Handtücher bereit. Nachdem wir telefonisch nachgefragt hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass sich unter dem Bett weitere Handtücher befinden. Dort fanden wir jedoch lediglich zwei große Badetücher und ein kleines Handtuch. Zusätzlich fanden wir Haare in einem der Betten im kleineren Schlafzimmer, was für uns ebenfalls ein großer Kritikpunkt war.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it is close to Parliament and all nearby attractions, the property has everything for a comfortable stay, clean and soft bed, good-shower well equipped kitchen and smart tv. Checkin process is smooth and host is very helpful.

Fabulous location. Great facilities. Clean. Really good air conditioning, We loved it.

A frying pan...and that's it.

The location was great - close to restaurants, Parliament and Metro. The apartment was styled beautifully. It had the appliances we needed for simple self catering - coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle. Beds were OK. The air conditioning was good, and do was the washing machine.

There was no natural light and the described ‘courtyard view’ was an internal entrance to the building which was used primarily by the staff from the restaurant downstairs for their employees to have a smoke, and for the bins. The window overlooking this area needed to be kept closed because of the smell and the lack of privacy. The stairs to each loft were very steep - OK for us but others may struggle with these. The ceiling height in the lofts was very low and neither my husband nor 16 year could stand up straight in them. The apartment was generally dusty and the floors needed a wash. Some laundry liquid would have been good.
