The location is amazing, walkable to Shinjuku which was important for us to commute to Disneyland and go on a day trip to Fuji. The apartment is small but still very much comfortable for a family of 4 and everything essential was there like dishes, toiletries, washing machine.
Everything was fine except for the creaky bed in our apartment 102. We woke up every time one of us rolled over.

Very near to the Okubo station, near to 7-11. Many restaurants nearby
The shower curtain should change, some stain at the bottom of the curtain. The bathroom is so small even it’s for one person. The bed has some noises when moving

Location is great, private.
It smells maybe because of oldness, mold in the closet.
