Świetny weekend w pięknych warunkach z niezapomnianym widokiem na morze
Jestem pod bardzo dużym wrażeniem tego apartamentu. W sypialni i z salonu rozpościerał się przepiękny widok na morze, wszystko bardzo czyste i eleganckie urządzone z bardzo dużym smakiem i gustem, faktycznie w apartamencie znajdują się cztery karty do strefy SPA która jest nielimitowana w spa jest przepiękna zewnętrzny basen to bajka cały kompleks przypomina bardziej zagraniczne kurorty jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone było pięknie elegancko a widok jest do zapamiętania na zawsze . W apartamencie było wszystko co niezbędne, również szlafroki.. Bardzo serdecznie polecam każdemu bo na pewno będzie zadowolony świetny kontakt ,bardzo sprawne zameldowanie wymeldowanie za pomocą mini sejfu w skrytce pocztowej. Poruszanie się po obiekcie za pomocą karty. Ekspres do kawy przelewowy, herbata, przyprawy, naczynia, szkło, czajnik.Plus za parking podziemny co jest dużym atutem, parking jest olbrzymi z miejscem numerowanym , znajduje się pod wszystkimi wieżowcami jest bardzo komfortowy i szeroki co też na plus. Ogólnie 11/10. Warto skorzystać:)chętnie wrócę.

Anlage und Strand toll. Bei ausländischen Kunden mit Mehrkosten von 10% rechnen, da der Verwalter direkt in Euro zu Wuch
Die Lage ist sehr schön naturnah am breitem Strandandabschnitt, nicht weit von der Promenade. Die Wohnung hat seitlichen Seeblick. Die Architektur ist beeindruckend.
Vorsicht!!!! - Der Wohnungsverwalter bucht den Preis nicht in Zloty ab, sondern rechnet den Preis zu einem nicht marktüblichen Wechselkurs direkt in Euro ab. Die Kosten fallen dann fast 10% höher ab. Dieses Verfahren verstößt gegen EU Richtlinien. Der Verwalter ignoriert jedoch diese Vorgaben und erstattet nicht die Preisdifferenz. Intervention von Booking bleibt leider aus. - Der Vermieter stellt lediglich eine Schlüsselkarte zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem abgeschlossenen Gelände. Das Betreten und Verlassen des Hauses und des Geländes ist nur mit einer Schlüsselkarte möglich. Man kann somit nicht ohne weiteres getrennt das Gelände oder sogar die Wohnung verlassen. Man kommt sich sehr merkwürdig vor, wenn man auf andere Gäste lauern muss, um wieder reinkommen zu können. - Auf dem Gelände befindet sich auch ein Hotel. Als Gast eines privaten Apartments ist man ein Kunde der 2. Klasse. Dienstleistungen, wie Toilettennutzung am Strand oder Gepäck-Aufbewahrung und ähnliches stehen nicht zur Verfügung. - Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind jedoch so zugestellt, dass man die Balkontüren nur Spaltweit aufmachen kann. Aus dem Schlafzimmer ist der Balkon kaum betretbar. - Die Saunalandschaft ist eher klein. Kältebecken fehlt.

Naprawdę dobre, ale są wady
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i niezwykle widoki z balkonu. Miejsce parkingowe w hali garażowej w cenie. W ośrodku basen/sauny oraz restauracja. Wszystko w dobrej klasie. Bardzo blisko plaży, jest gdzie spacerować.
Samo mieszkanie robi wrażenie ciasnego ( grupa przyjaciół 3 osoby).Wyposażenie i styl takie sobie
