The location was perfect. It was very close to the historic old town in Heidelberg - 10 min walk. It was highly convenient for my husband travelling for work everyday. He was able to catch buses everyday just under the apartment. Although it is on a main road, the apartment felt private and quiet. The amenities were excellent. We were travelling with a young baby and the apartment host supplied us with a travel cot and a high chair. We were able to prepare meals in the very equipped kitchen. The communication from the host was on point. They supplied guests with a website that include check in instructions, check out, restaurant recommendations, instructions about broiler and etc. It was very informative and helpful! The layout of the apartment was perfect for a young family. The living room was very comfortable and big! Our baby had a large playspace and we were able to enjoy movies at night. There are two generously sized bedrooms.
The pillows supplied were very soft. We communicated some hygiene issues with bathroom for the cleaners to correct.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem. Sehr viel Platz für unser Enkelkind zum Spielen. Kinderbett vorhanden.
Der Zutritt erwieß sich als sehr schwierig, da man vergessen hatte, uns den Türcode zuzuschicken. Dieser kam auf Anfrage aber dann relativ schnell. Leider hat die Parkkarte gefehlt, aber auch hier wurde uns der Betrag erstattet.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ άνετο για μια μεγάλη οικογένεια ή για μια παρέα φίλων. Έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα για την διαμονή σου. Λιτά και όμορφα διακοσμημένο, πολύ ζεστό και καθαρό. Είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης.
Αυτό που ίσως θα άλλαζα είναι τα στρώματα των κρεβατιών. Οχι όμως ότι δεν ήταν άνετα.

Die Lage und Parkplatz
Wir waren wirklich schockiert. Diese Wohnung hat auf Booking nichts verloren – sie wäre vielleicht eher etwas für junge Leute auf Airbnb. Gemütlich war sie leider überhaupt nicht. Dass es im oberen Stockwerk keinen Aufzug gibt, war noch das geringste Problem. Es fehlte an grundlegenden Dingen: keine Seife, kein Spülmittel für die Spülmaschine, und obwohl Anschlüsse vorhanden waren, gab es keine Waschmaschine. Das Schlafsofa ist für Erwachsene völlig ungeeignet. Auch die Kaffeemaschine stand nutzlos da – ohne Kaffeekapseln. Insgesamt hatte man den Eindruck, dass sich schon lange niemand um diese Unterkunft gekümmert hat. Handtücher sehr alt. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden und würden sie auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
