It was a lovely oasis with beautiful gardens.
The staff were lovely.
The property was lovely. It is a 15 minute walk into town but when it is hot it feels longer!
Dinner can be had by prior arrangement.

We adored Courtney Lodge! The staff were amazing, the location was terrific, the grounds were superb, the food was excellent. We were within walking distance of the Falls and the property was super charming. Our host was extra accommodating, helping us to sort out the details of a tour that we had organised from Australia which was very helpful and much appreciated.
I'm struggling to say anything here - our stay was perfect in every way. Possibly the only criticism I could make is that drivers charging USD10 for a 1.5km fare into town seemed excessive and it would have been a lovely touch for the Lodge to offer a shuttle service in the evenings (when we were advised not to walk due to local wildlife) but that's just an idea.

- lovely property, the grounds of the property were beautiful and very peaceful.
- rooms are immaculate.
- food was delicious!
- the people / staff manning the property were incredibly helpful and kind. They helped me with all my ground arrangements where I wanted to do some activities in Zambia, visit the falls, airport transfer.
