Insika lodge

Our family had a v enjoyable stay at Insika lodge - friendly and helpful staff, v comfortable rooms, and lovely dining & pool areas - thankyou to the team!

Nice room with a lovely garden view. The bathroom and tub was nice. And the fact that the room was sprayed for mosquitoes everyday was good.

I was not offered a drink when I checked in. I only realized that was on offer when I saw people who came after me were offered refreshing drinks. This was not good because it’s the small things clients remember. I was also not told of all available excursions and services provided by the hotel during my check-in process. I had to find out on my own later. The check-in process was not good at all. It left a bad taste from the start. The wait staff in the restaurants should be told to be bit more friendly. But the barmen who worked at the pool bar were much nicer and friendlier.

The staff were incredibly helpful and sorted out tours. The room was gorgeous. Aircon, gorgeous bed net, spacious, great wifi, etc. Pool area lovely. Gym good. Overall, lovely stay
