Great location, loved the customer service and the price is very competitive. The beds were comfortable and loved the fact that we could watch the African Cup of Nations on TV. The place is very clean. Really loved that.

While not the fault of the house, the Unexpected Electricity outages were inconvenient. Long terms measures could include a back up generator or battery storage. Would also be good to have toilet papers in the toilets, not everyone is a big fan of using water. I had to purchase my own toilet papers. Hot water didn't seem to work.

Amazing staff. House keeper available all day. The reception by the house responsible (Evrard)was just out of this world, they prepared a welcome package so we have what to eat the first day there, response time in case of any question was fast, and the cook was great. The house is pacious and can easily accommodate a big group. They can help in everything you can think off like transport, forex, area to visit etc. We truly had a smooth stay. Thank you Evrard and Angèle for everything! You made our stay in Bujumbura so enjoyable and relaxing.

Few things to improve would be to look for some sort of solution for the mosquitoes as they can be a problem when with a child, water pressure for shower was not that great but its better than not having any water at all,lectricity went off at certain times of the night at around 1 am to 3 or 4 am and with no AC we could get quite hot as the fans run using electricity. All these were discussed with Evrard and it looked like solutions are in the pipeline which once implemented, the house will be a little paradise in the area. Definitely recommend the place regardless . We will be back God willing.
