I liked everything: the views are impressive, the decoration is impressive, hotel is extra clean and staff is wonderful
Bit far from the center but it’s more beautiful up there (in the hotel)

The rooms were large and ours had a lovely balcony. The dinner was pretty good and it was nice to look out over the twinkly lights of Kigali. Staff were friendly.
Our electricity kept cutting in and out a not a huge deal. We also didn’t have a hair dryer in the room but they did go find one for us. There were also very limited towels and no bath mat. Breakfast was fine. None of these are deal breakers but took the experience down from a 10 to a 7.

Absolute perfection in all aspects except my room choice. The location is spectacular The staff are super friendly and professional The food is very delicious
My room was horrible with zero sound insulation. It was below a terrace where people party till midnight, and dragging their squeaky chairs all the time. And the room had no wifi nor phone signal.
