Vista mar, té garatge i està molt nou. Dret a cuina ben equipada. Bonica decoració. La propietària és amable i facilita comunicació.
Neteja deficient, la nevera bruta d'anteriors clients i p ex a la màquina de cafè hi havia aigua i cafè d'algú altre, habitació amb llit petit de matrimoni. El bany té una dutxa molt petita i molt poc espai. A la nit es sent molt soroll de la carretera de baix. Cara i poc cuidada.
