Moradia com excelente potencial e terreno circundante , bem localizado e boa vista para o Pico.
A anfitriã era uma pessoa de fácil trato , muito simpática , sempre prestável, comunicativa.
Ausência de portadas na janela do quarto ou cortina isoladora de claridade
Loiça suja na chegada nos armários da cozinha.
Falta de isolamento nas janelas o que levou a uma entrada de àgua num dia de mais chuva.
Todas as molas de roupa existentes com ferrugem o que danifica a roupa.
Cobertura de internet bastante deficitária.
Moradia com grande potencial para alojamento local mas que fica aquém por algum desleixe e falta de cuidado
