Amazing value for the price. The neighborhood is cozy and pleasant, and I was lucky to get a room with private access to the rooftop terrace, which made the experience even better. The kitchen was very well equipped and had almost everything needed, special thanks for the washing machine available - that became a lifesaver! The location is another strong point — only around a 7-minute walk to the nearest beach. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and definitely recommended for the price. Plus great high-speed Wi-Fi which was valuable for me as a remote worker.

A couple of small improvements would make the stay perfect: it was missing a sponge for washing dishes and a cutting board — especially the cutting board would be very useful. It would also be nice to have some basic cooking essentials like sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, and seasonings available, since I had to buy them myself.

the terrace was not prepared and we could not use it, the floor and furniture were very dirty. bird droppings on the furniture. broken furniture and garbage on the terrace. On May 3 and May 4 there was no hot water in the apartment and we had to wash ourselves with cold water.
