Ubicación. Comunicación con la propietaria. Que tenía todo lo necesario ( horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, menaje cocina…)
El sofá a mejorar. Solo un baño y está abajo y las habitaciones arriba. Es comprensible porque la infraestructura es hacia arriba pero se lleva bien
