The unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and guest friendly. The location at Jalan Ipoh, KL is convenient yet not too busy, a calm and pleasant area to stay.

The gym and the pool in the building were amazing. The bed was very comfortable, a/c and washer worked great.
The check-in was kinda confusing, even with detailed instructions. The family who rented the apartment next to mine had problems too. They were cockroaches in the apartment, saw many tint ones and a couple of big ones.
The electric wall socket in the middle of the apartment didn't work, and I couldn't plug my laptop. When I told the person who rented me the place and asked for an extension cord, I never got a response and didn't hear from them again. They only write when THEY need something from you. So, I had to move things around to be able to use my computer. The apartment could use more than one glass and bowl (which were dirty and I had to wash before using).
