Cleaniess and the service.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and guest friendly. The location at Jalan Ipoh, KL is convenient yet not too busy, a calm and pleasant area to stay.

Instructions given to navigate around were clear. The unit is well decorated and cozy. The facing of the unit is great.

I have arrived KL earlier than the chek-in time, and asked the host via whatsapp if I could check in slightly earlier than 3pm for a few times, I recevied no response at all from the host. The extra pillows and blanket in the cupboard do not look hygeine.

The gym and the pool in the building were amazing. The bed was very comfortable, a/c and washer worked great.

The check-in was kinda confusing, even with detailed instructions. The family who rented the apartment next to mine had problems too. They were cockroaches in the apartment, saw many tint ones and a couple of big ones. The electric wall socket in the middle of the apartment didn't work, and I couldn't plug my laptop. When I told the person who rented me the place and asked for an extension cord, I never got a response and didn't hear from them again. They only write when THEY need something from you. So, I had to move things around to be able to use my computer. The apartment could use more than one glass and bowl (which were dirty and I had to wash before using).
