Villa Theoni

Prachtige villa van alle comfort voorzien met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Zowel aan voorzijde een terras met zonbescherming, maar ook aan de achterzijde een overdekt terras met twee ligbedden. Meeste deuren en ramen voorzien van horren. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Lag op 10 minuten rijden van Sami, waar aan de haven vele restaurants. 2 km de andere kant op is restaurant Bello's: prima eten!

Terras voorzijde lag direct aan de weg, wat door verkeer soms lawaaiig was. Parkeerruimte was wat krap.

Guests are welcomed with a generous assortment of fresh fruit on the table, and the refrigerator is stocked with cold mineral water—a refreshing touch after travel. The host even provides useful printed guides to the best local attractions; it’s these thoughtful extras that elevate the experience. In summary: focused attention, pristine environment, modern comforts, and an unmistakably luxurious feel—Villa Theoni is a five-star home away from home.

Great location to drive around the island and visit different beach every day. The place is very clean and fully furnished, excellent design and creature comforts. Very close to shops and restaurants. Strongly recommend to anyone interested to see what Kefalonia has to offer.

Casa ben arredata, moderna, completa di elettrodomestici dai grandi ai piccoli (tostapane, macchina caffè, bollitore…) All’arrivo in frigo c’era una bottiglia d’acqua e una di vino, frutta, condimenti, zucchero, tè, cialde caffè…detersivo, sapone…un’ottima base per iniziare il proprio soggiorno. Presenti anche gli apparecchi per le zanzare. Spazio esterno comodo e ben vivibile, un plus il parcheggio interno alla proprietà…peccato che non sia coperto. Comunicazione ottima con Anastasis…molto premuroso.

Aggiungerei qualche stoviglia e magari delle pentole più piccole…qualche pentolino. La corrente elettrica funziona solo inserendo la tessera magnetica nell’apposito interruttore, quindi per utilizzare la lavatrice o la lavastoviglie bisogna organizzarsi e restare a casa.
