Die Betreuung war zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Wohnung perfekt für unsere Reisepläne. Die Wohnung selbst sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon ein Blick u.a. auf Kulturpalast. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Zimmer direkt von der Tiefgarage erreichbar, Metro-Station füßläufig entfernt, kleine (zebka-)Läden in der Nähe,
Zimmer 15 im 3.Stock: SEHR enges Schlafzimmer, Betten VIEL nieder und VIEL eng am Schrank, sodaß man kaum aufstehen konnte, Einrichtung nicht hochwertig und schon etwas abgewohnt, Zimmer bei offenem Fenster viel zu laut, da stark befahrene enge Straße
Insgesamt etwas eng und leicht abgewohnt
Balkon auch eng und mässig ausgestattet
Unattraktives Gegenüber: verlotterte Gewerbegebäude und Bahndamm: Küchenausstattung insbeonders Pfannen und Töpfe nicht zufriedenstellend, ansonsten akzeptabel
wenig Gastronomie-Angebot in der Nähe
Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht sehr attraktiv
