I recently stayed at the Cozy & Sunny Studio for 4 Guests on Kolejowa in Warsaw and overall had a pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this apartment is undoubtedly its location. It is situated in one of Warsaw's newest and most modern residential developments on Kolejowa Street, just behind the city's rapidly growing business district around Rondo Daszyńskiego and Warsaw Spire. The city center is easily accessible, and the area is exceptionally well connected by metro, trams, and buses. The neighborhood offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, gyms, beauty salons, and various local services within walking distance. The apartment building itself is modern, attractive, and fits well into the contemporary character of the district. Inside, the apartment is well designed and functional for short-term stays. The layout is practical, the furniture is comfortable, and all essential appliances are provided in both the kitchen and bathroom. A particularly appreciated feature during the summer months is the air conditioning, which made the stay much more comfortable during warm weather. The common areas of the building show some signs of wear, such as minor damage to wall paint and flooring, but they remain in generally acceptable condition and do not significantly impact the overall experience. Overall, this apartment offers excellent value thanks to its prime location, modern surroundings, convenient amenities, and comfortable facilities. It is a good option for visitors looking to stay in one of Warsaw's most dynamic and rapidly developing neighborhoods.

On the downside, the apartment could have been cleaner. There was noticeable dust in several areas, including behind the curtains, under the bed, and around the sofa. We also found spider webs in some corners and even spiders behind the couch. Another inconvenience was communication with the rental agency. The customer service phone number provided was unreachable whenever we needed assistance, and responses through the Booking.com chat were often delayed. The most reliable way to contact the agency was through the chat available directly on the noclegi.renters pl website. The curtains were also not ideal for sleeping. They were quite thin and translucent, allowing a significant amount of daylight into the room early in the morning. Guests who are sensitive to light or prefer a completely dark room may want to bring a sleep mask.

Nice location

Amazing location right in the business district downtown, across the street from delicious food options including Korean BBQ, Vietnamese food, Ukrainian food, an Unbelievable burger bar, a great cafe, and a convenience store. Also surrounded by such beautiful skyscraper views and a little park with dogs always playing in it.
