The property is situated in a quiet calm residential neighborhood its a 12 min walk from Sakuranomiya station 10 min walk from Kyobashi Station , Family mart is just a 2 mins walk from the property. there will be no one at the reception and everything is online checkin ,the property will send a detailed process and online procedure for check in process with the main door always open and door key will be kept in a small box with number key , the number key code will be provied by the owner thru mail and we can take our room keys by turning the rotary number key on the key box. .They room has full fledged kitchen with cutleries utensils, refrigerator to store purchased foods kitchennete with basic things utensils water heater kettle , microwave oven , Dining table, they provide free umberellas, toiletries. The locality is calm and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. wifi was fast. Air driers wash basins were prick and clean . Over all its a great location and a peaceful stay on a budget. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels were provided. We statyed for 3 nights. The flooring was nice and our room was spacious bed was comfortable and good ventilation air con was effective, The staff communicate effectively and promptly to my request and query messages . a small luggage storage area is also in the corner of the room They provide free umberallas for use and return. Osaka Castle is at a walkable distance from the room, Also a riverside park is ther to take a stroll. DOn Quixote store is just a min walk from the property.

The Microwave shelf rack is fixed near to our head standing position in Kitcken area , my father head got hit at the sharp edge of the rack and got cut injury on his head and blood came out, as he stood up after bending to take bowl from the kitchen shelf, its a serious thing that has to be addressed as safety of the guest has to be given importance. We have fixed a white tape as an indication the propery owner has to address this and provide some cushion rubber padding or relocate the microwave oven to another apt location in the room. The staircase is steep and climbing is little difficult for aged persons with luggages.
