Would not stay in this unit again

Ski in ski out, good amenities

Unit needs maintenance and repairs. No bathrobes . Bath tube stopper is broken . Carpet needs a shampoo. Doors need a paint job. Tv is old and no streaming or screen mirroring. Cleaning products in bathroom give pungent smell of cheap bleach that is smelled throughout the night.

Learned to book straight through hotels Ty

The property and location was perfect.

The unit however was from a 3rd party booking called VACASA, where they rented this unit whereas the bathroom sink was clogged right when u stepped into the room. It was clogged the whole time we were there. The water would rise up at the moment you turn on the sink. They sent someone the next day who was in our room for about 30-45 mins… too long, in our space. And ended up not being able to fix it, and the guy he was talking to on the phone said he will reimburse us for the inconvenience…………. $60 for a disgusting bathroom sink… on your time out with friends …. From Thursday - Sun…. I think I’m good on bookings.com…. And 3rd party bookings and just go straight to hotels.

Good stay overall, beware of $100+ extra fees not on the listing. Comms slow through a 3rd party.

Bedsheets and towels were clean and location was great. It is within the guest area of the hotel so super close to everything. Would stay again if the fees were clear, on the listing not a surprise at the end.

They are using some 3rd party service for all communication so you seem to be speaking to a chat bot at all times. I asked twice about the resorts fee before checking in which Vacasa (the 3rd party service) said there was only a parking fee. When I checked out of the property I was charged an extra $100 resorts fee... Room could do with a bit of dusting and theres a handful of bugs (mosquitos+moths) hanging around in there.

Good location but less than an expected resort hotel experience.

Though this room locates in Everline, it limits most of the access to services offered by the hotel. When requesting services including the paid ones, I was told the owner prohit the hotel from providing the services. The hotline was answered by staff with canned answers and turn out to be a waste of time.
