Perfect location, very well equipped.
Garden was a disgrace, very unkempt and should clearly be made safe, decking rotten with holes in it, should be fenced off so no open access or repaired.

Location and parking
The decking needs replacing and making safe. The grass also needs cutting. There was a bbq listed that wasn’t there.

Central location & parking permit a great addition.Deli downstairs was superb.
Cleaning wasn’t great. Wi-fi unreliable.Very limited inclusions- no welcome pack,,poor guide, 1/2 a loo-roll!
