The location is great, only 6-7 minute walk to KLCC, the apartment is spacious for two people, it’s one no of the few one bedroom apartments in this building. The view is great from the apartment and the rooftop pool is really marvelous. The gym and common areas are also useful. The apartment was mostly clean, the bed was comfortable. We would return to this apartment.

The kitchen utensils were very limited, no pans or water glasses, only two coffee mugs for two people. The soap and toilet paper was also limited. We tried contacting the customer service but they ghosted us until our last day and they only brought extra toilet paper on our last night. The areas to relax near the pool are very limited, so it’s get very crowded and you can’t find a place to sit. It’s already crowded and three - four security guards sit all day by the pool, which is not really comfortable for guests, it’s disturbing. And since some part of the pool is covered, children noise really get big.

Host shoukd have updated booking details for people coming on that day early, i make to wait fir host to update my detail to reception before able to collect the key

Bed can b more comfort. The wifi was not plug in, n the plug cant fit into the power point.

I liked the location, the appartement was great

the elevators where a nightmare. Only 3 available for the entire building leading to to much traffic and wait. The lobby is so crowded also
