I would recommend this unit, especially for guests who are comfortable with some minor feedback points. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was good, and the unit was comfortable with a nice high-floor view. The washing machine and detergent were a helpful convenience. Also, a lot of restaurants nearby by car.
The unit was clean at check-in and had no bad smell initially. However, the shower area could use deeper cleaning as there were some black mold spots, and the fan, air-conditioning, and lights had noticeable dust. I informed the host and hope this can be improved for future guests.
The unit is opposite Selayang Hospital, so ambulance sirens can be heard occasionally as it’s not soundproof. There were also some small ants and a few cockroaches, and a slight sewer smell in the shower. Overall, the stay was okay for short stay.

The place is brand new and very easy to find. The scenery from the balcony is excellent. The swimming pool is also suitable for children. The place is also near to many shops and restaurants.
Some of the fixtures were not completely installed since we were their first customer for that particular unit. But, they have done their best to ensure all our needs were met.
