Modern 4-bedroom entire house with Garden

Location, quiet street and parking

Not enough room for the amount of people/bedrooms. 4 bedrooms (lounge with tv in converted to a bedroom) is to many for the size of the property meaning little to no space for seating/relaxing. The tv being in the bedroom was was extremely poor as we had people crowding round sitting on the bed and bringing dinning chairs in the room. Insufficient room for 5 people to sit at table. In fact with the current set up only sits 3 really. There was also only 4 chairs for 5 of us and chairs damaged. There was insufficient wine glasses and the kitchen extremely small. Property not kept up to checks in between guests to make the is sufficient cutlets etc. there was no bottle opener, can opener or corkscrew. The floors hadn’t been cleaned (swept not washed) and there was a build up of dust under bed in lounge with old newspaper and socks underneath. Only one key and no access to lock up box. Property owner did finally an extra key and get the can openers etc. he was prepared to take the bed out of lounge as it was required but we made it work by moving sofa partially block the rear door to garden.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor that looks like it used to be the lounge, The only TV in the property is in this bedroom and from previous comments it was supposed to be moved two years ago. Not very good when there's four adults that would have liked to have watched it. It would be better if they put a tv in the lounge/dining room but it is very small in that room as well. The can opener is broken. All the crockery is mismatched. The oven trays weren't clean, we had to cover them in tin foil to use them. The final straw was when the next door neighbour rang the doorbell and because we didn't get there quick enough he started trying the door handle to get in. This was because there had been high winds and his gazebo had blown over the fence.
