Colazione non inclusa. Difficoltà nell'aprire la porta. Ci siamo feriti ben 5 volte il dito perché il bordo della mostra in metallo all'altezza della serratura è molto rovinato e tagliente. Non ristrutturato.Appartamento datato In cucina file di formiche. Il bano ha davvero bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Il prezzo accettabile ma ora capisco il perché. La struttura sarebbe ottima con una ristrutturazione, un rimodernamento del bagno e della cucina. Il proprietario gentile. Non proprio vicino al centro.
