Very helpful host and nothing was too small for him. He came out to replace the gas bottle on one of the mornings as well as turned the water off due to the boiler leaking which was out of our control but all round great stay, quiet part of the neighbourhood seen as we went during festival season. It was great watching the dry lightening from the balcony and great facilities, including washing up liquid, sponge, bin bags, pans and cutlery, I have been to some places in San Teodoro which does not supply any of these.
My t shirt is stained from the boiler leaking on it which is sad as it was brand new however this was no fault of the owner or host as they were very accommodating during our stay.
It is a bit of a distance from the beach however is in a great part of town, very close to the shops but also not too close and the host provided the bus schedules for beach runs, we never used it this year but maybe next!
