La localisation est très bien : quartier animé (restaurants, bars, supermarché,...) et le centre de Brighton/la plage est à 10/15 minutes à pieds. Cuisine avec frigo et plaque de cuisson électrique. Sdb propre, draps de bain fournis.
Le ménage ne semblait pas avoir été fait avant mon arrivée. Ce n'était pas sale mais visiblement il n'y avait pas eu passage d'aspirateur, etc. après départ du dernier client. L'appartement est au rdc donc sombre.

Comfortable room, well maintained and equipped. Hosts were in touch by message in case I had any questions. The provided fan was really useful and very much appreciated in the heatwave!
Location on a side road was ok, but the road itself was surprisingly busy and noisy with delivery trucks and traffic very early in the morning. Nothing to be done about that but worth being aware of

Great location 5 minutes from train station, short walk to town. Lovely little studio appt Right near shops + local restaurants. Very Well equipped with tea/coffee/cutlery etc. Bathroom nice + clean. Comfy bed. Would defo book again. :+)
The Only negative thing I could say is it’s on a road so you do get some traffic noise but it’s too disturbing at all. Everything else was Perfect.
