For us the location was perfect. Walking distance to Preston Park for our concert and walking distance to the Laine and beach

Location was good, shops around
The kitchen cupboard was too small, the safa was dirty and uncomfortable, and the house in overall wasn't as clean as it should be, it had a bad smell. Not enaught space for the clothes, it has only 1 hangers for all the family..
