It was conveniently situated
I didn’t like that the bedroom, basically the bed was up stairs but the stairs are very steep. Nowhere in the advertisement of the property does it say that the bed is up some stairs. It isn’t easy for older people using stairs to go to bed. It would be good to mention this in your advertisement.

Best location, big space, good lighting, has everything possible in the kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds.
Heating is not really good, you have to pair it with air conditioning. Blow drier is malfunctioning sometimes.
