Easy access to buses, local markets, and famous food areas. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the shared kitchen made the experience even better.

The shared kitchen was large and comfortable, perfect for making meals. Plenty of local food options and markets nearby.

Walking distance to Bui Vien, local food streets, supermarkets, and cafés. The common kitchen and laundry area were very useful.

The location was great.

It just really felt like a punitive and uncomfortable atmosphere, which made settling in very difficult. The room was tidy, but not clean. There were multiple long strands of hair on the kitchen table and on the bed's head board when we arrived, plus spider webs in the door ways. The toilet bowl had a thick smell of urine.The pillows didn't smell clean or washed at all, while the bed sheets had big circular stains on them. Thankfully they sent cleaners to come and change the linen and remove the hairs after I reported the condition of the apartment and sent photos. They also offered a free airport pickup to make up for the inconvenience, however when we requested the car days later, the owner told us to "wait a bit". An hour later (waiting in the parking lot) the car still hadn't arrived. When I followed up with the owner she simply said her people forgot about us and assured us the car would be on its way. By the time they eventually sent the car we had already ordered our own airport pick up and were arriving at the airport.Dismal service honestly. The apartment itself and overall service experience were not worth the amount paid. There were also "101" rules and potential fines provided after check-in, that I feel should have been published before hand on the advert. From being told we were NOT ALLOWED to flush toilet paper down the toilet, to being told that we may get a 1.5 million VND cleaning fine or our water service suspended if our trash wasn't sorted and disposed of properly - I was ready to check out! We were nervous the entire time. We couldn't wait to leave, lest we attracted a fine!
