    First of all, the staff --- very helpful and kind to me, esp the girl in the reception! i didn't catch her name but i like her, she's like a friend to me :D i feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler i didn't expect they will give me a room with stunning stunning view but im not complaining!! im really surprised when i saw it haha i love my room. the only downside is the road noise.. it's infront of a highway.. they don't have a sound proof window unfortunately, the cars are so noisy even at dawn since it's a highway. good thing i was very tired so i was able to sleep regardless of the noise. BREAKFAST -- they serve on the rooftop and OMG!! violet skies before sunrise with Pyramids!!! SO MAGICAL!! i feel so happy to witness it <3 the food itself was good!! i ate a lot and they made me a very nice ice cafe latte, it was a very good way to start my day. Grand Egyptian Museum - even though it's literally across the hotel, you cannot cross because it's a highway. i didn't know this so the staff advise me to use uber instead, it's just 100 egyptian pound so no issue. the staff helped me to identify the plate number of my uber because my goodness their numbers are different. overall, im happy and satisfied with my stay in Royal Great Pyramid INN. i highly recommend!

    nice hotel at a good price. staff were very friendly and helpful esp. Sayed who helped us with bags and tea on arrival. Free airport pickup was great too. The roof terrace with coffee and breakfast was lovely: . Although it says it’s 1 minute from the museum you do need to run across a highway or take a taxi to get there.

    We enjoyed our stay here ... the views are great! I could see the Pyramids from my room (not all rooms face that direction). The views from the rooftop restaurant are perfect, looking into the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and at the Pyramids. The menu is diverse, good, and reasonably priced. This is a very good hotel for the price-point. The only slight negatives would be there is some road noise (but it settles down in the middle of the night and the A/C helps with background noise), and the beds are firmer than I'd like. But this newly renovated facility was a great find and I'd stay again and recommend. Staff was friendly, a/c nice, water pressure good, and restaurant delicious, laundry service offered, and views every meal! Thanks for making it special.

    The jacuzzi was not in working condition. And not crean. The room was over booking and well were asking to leve by management. A had to negociante a 2 night out of the 3 that I book . The they gave anoder similar room with a broken bead
