Studio Apartment 'Ferienwohnung In Prien' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The one-room apartment "In Prien" is located in Prien and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a view of the Alps. The 36 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for a child up to 12 years, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 (+ 1 child) people. Amenities include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine and a TV. A baby crib is also available if needed. A washer and dryer are available in the shared basement and are welcome to use for a fee.

This one-room apartment has a furnished east-facing balcony.



Public transportation is within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet yet central location in Prien, about 600 m to Lake Chiemsee and about 600 m to the center and the train station.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is also available on the street.



Pets, smoking and events of any kind are not allowed. However, smoking on the balcony is allowed.

The accommodation has a step-free access to the interior. The apartment is located on the top floor (3rd floor) and therefore also offers a beautiful view to the side of the mountains.

An elevator is available in the building.

To the house belongs a lockable shelter for bicycles, where it is tolerated that the guests can park their bikes there. For free spaces or even damage to the wheels is no guarantee and also no liability.



Guests are requested to respect the quiet hours during their stay (after 10 pm).
