Schönes Ferienhaus am Herrenberg

Host was very welcoming, kind and helpful before, during & after our visit. Always responsive, able to speak English. Excellent clean accommodation, very comfortable beds, pillows and linen. Location is amazing, peaceful with wonderful views of the mountains and the lake. Surrounded by open green space. Garage to store our bicycles was very useful. No traffic or street noise. Tourist information centre staff were able to speak English and were extremely helpful.

If you have no car, just be aware that it is a 1km walk or cycle uphill with your groceries & not on a bus route. (But well worth it for the peaceful location and views).

Peaceful location, but not too far from amenities

A tea towel would be useful.
