If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

The condo was clean and had newer towels for use. I was worried about the smell from a previous review but there was no smell at all. It’s older so some of the furniture and bedding is worn but that happens with things over time and we did not care at all. There were some dirty pans but we washed them and it was fine. We had a great time and really enjoyed our room!

Chula Vista is a nice place. The area was great and close to downtown. It looks like the owners don’t actually check on their place. For the amount of fees you pay for cleaning they want you to do a load of laundry and dishes. TVs are very small and old. Needs some TLC.
