This room was convenient and had all the amenities I needed. Since I didn't plan to visit the water park, renting this condo saved money over booking directly with the resort, too.

Nice and clean condo! Super easy to book. We decided not to buy the pool passes and go to Noah’s Ark. I would recommended a bigger TV, but other than that perfect for our family!

The room was as described, clean and ready for our stay. It’s was spacious and the balcony was very nice. My only complaints would be that the bathroom is quite dim (no light near the shower) and there were no comforters on the beds so it was a bit chilly for sleeping. Plenty of towels and coffee and a nice small fridge. Great for a long weekend.

I will say that the overall stay was good, despite some issues. We have stayed at Chula Vista before, but never through Vacasa. However, there were some problems. The fridge initially had discarded food in it. Vacasa was able to get a cleaning woman to fix that, though. However, there was very little toilet paper left, there was a bird's nest on the balcony, the thermostat had a low battery, and the television beeped and whined a while after we plugged it back in (it was initially unplugged). These were all more minor issues, but the biggest one is that we didn't get all the resort amenities such as water park passes with our stay. This was listed on Vacasa's website, but we booked through booking.com initially, and I don't believe that was listed there at all. The beds were good and we love the hotel, but it would be nice if issues like this were fixed in the future.
