The location was great. Easy walk to downtown and lake Charlevoix. The house is small but nicely laid-out. It was comfortable for our family of four. We appreciated the availability of outlets and USB ports and the dimmers on the lights and lamps. Things to note:-there is not a working dishwasher so if you’re using the kitchen, you’ll need to hand wash the dishes when you run out. Only one dish towel was provided. -The property is right next to a bell tower so you’ll hear the chimes every hour, including middle of night. Same goes for it being right by the fire/police station. -We ran out of toilet paper (1.5 rolls provided) and there was no shampoo. -The floors are severely uneven/dipping in a few areas so would recommend house shoes to wear around inside. -There is a noticeable smell from the heating system.

This little house is so cute & has eveything you need. Grocery, laundromat, water, restaurants, coffee shops….everything is just a short walk away! We worked from here & the wifi & home made it easy & convenient. You can see Lake Charlevoix from the family room window & that’s where we enjoyed our morning coffee & evening wine. Highly recommend a stay here!
