The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The bead was comfortable and the room was a decent size. The locations was good- Near to the supermarket and lots of restaurants and about 20mins walk from the fort in one direction and the railway station in the other direction
There were parts that were not as clean as they could be- Some marks on the wall and some dirt on the floor under the desk.

The place was very close to the railway station. The room was decent.
The food was terrible. Dont book it with breakfast.
The AC had an issue but later fixed.

"Raymond & his team were so friendly & helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Location is great for exploring Jaffna right in the centre but not exposed to the noise as it is in a very quiet small road...."
