Nestled in the heart of the East Styrian hills, surrounded by meadows and forests, lies the idyllic Stöckl am Köberlberg, built in 1881. An old brick floor, 50-centimeter-thick walls with clay plaster, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere. 
Inside the house, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom, 2 restrooms, a living room, and 2 bedrooms in the attic. One bedroom sleeps two people, while the second is suitable for only one person, as the bed measures just 140x200. Non-smoking home. A shady garden surrounded by trees, featuring a wooden lounger and a private seating area, is all yours. An old stone bench by the house wall, a swimming pond with a wooden dock, a bocce court with seating, and a campfire site invite you to relax.
A quiet, secluded location close to nature, featuring several art installations to marvel at, an orchard meadow, and a diverse array of wildlife—all providing the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy yourself. Five thermal spas nearby, along with bike and hiking trails, palaces, castles, wine taverns, glass manufacturing facilities, and many local producers are all concentrated in a small area. The most culinary-focused community invites you on a journey of discovery.

There are 2 separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (200x160 cm) with two separate mattresses, and the second bedroom has a French bed (200x140 cm)
