With approximately 70 m² of living space, the loft accommodates up to four people and combines contemporary comfort with stylish design. The rooms have been furnished with great attention to detail, creating a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.
The loft features 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds, a bathroom with a toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove and a smart TV, air conditioning, a large terrace, an orchard with a barbecue area, a bike storage area with e-bike charging, a wine cellar, and much more.
The Obstgartenloft is an ideal starting point for exploring southeastern Styria on foot, by bike, or by car.
Our thermal spas, bike and hiking trails, palaces, castles, wine taverns, glassworks, and local producers look forward to your visit.

Built over 100 years ago, the Presshaus was revitalized in 2023 and converted into the Obstgartenloft.
The old earthen cellar has been preserved as a wine cellar and storage room. The original floor structure was replaced with a timber-frame construction.
Sustainable, high-quality materials and regional craftsmanship give the Obstgartenloft its charm.
With 70 m² of living space, the vacation home accommodates up to four people. The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, a living area with a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bedroom with a box-spring bed, and a large terrace. Upstairs is an open-concept sleeping area (loft) with a box-spring bed.
A wine cellar and a large orchard with a barbecue area ensure relaxing moments.
A bike storage area with an electric charging station and a table tennis table are available.
On-site costs: • The overnight stay tax is 2.50 euros per person per night • Includes final cleaning • Includes free parking • A regional breakfast basket can be booked as an add-on! (15 euros per person per night) • New! Orchard sauna
