This cottage style house has a large backyard and deck that is perfect for a fun and relaxing weekend just 20mins from downtown Toronto.
This licensed property is also eligible for Ontario Staycation Tax Credit by Govt of Ontario.

This house is exclusive for reservation and guests can have full access to the property.
Clarkson Village came into existence in 1919 when William Clarkson located the area with some money to buy some land. The community enjoyed a quiet existence, never growing very large and serving as an ideal attractant to settlers looking for the kind of lifestyle it offered.
Park your cars at in the driveway and reach Toronto downtown in 20mins via Go Train. This property is located just a short 5 mins walk away from the Clarkson Go Station.
Other details you need to know:
1. We have actively recording cameras overlooking the entrances of the house, which may record audio & video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property. No recording devices are installed inside the house.
2. We allow pets with extra charges. Please be responsible to clean after your fur friends.
3. Smoking can be done outside but if smoking is detected inside, there would be extra charges incurred.
4. If pets are not declared but stayed as part of the reservation, there would be a penalty of $100 + pet fee for not declaring the pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
5. Please check your belongings before checking out. Hosts will not be responsible for keeping guests` belongings after their stay.

• Quiet Hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• No Parties or Events – Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted

Well appointed, came as advertised house had everything we needed plus more! It’s always nice when there’s a few things in the cupboard to get you going, spices etc. Short walk to jump on go train and head to gamesWould stay again for sureCheers Scott

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. It is exactly, if not better than advertised. The deck is huge and beautiful and so is the hot tub! It was decorated exactly as it was in the pictures, thank you so much, we will be back! acomfortable
